Living Habitats is working closely with Darrel Morrison, Garden Staff, and donor Barbara Brown to plan for the restoration of the badly degraded southeast pond as a sanctuary for birds and those who love to watch them. The Barbara Brown Nature Reserve is under construction as of fall 2010. Besides the shoreline restoration there are also several acres of restored buffer, a walking path and viewing overlooks included in the master plan. |
